Mr. Lopez is always courteous, professional, and conscientious. Very brave, too: We were pretty impressed when he climbed a 2-story ladder to seal off the openings under all the eave corners around our house where roof rats had gained entrance to the attic. He did the job after the folks from the Other Company refused. So now we have moved our quarterly service from the Other Company to Roberts. Kudos to Mr. Lopez!
