I had them out for termite treatment a few years ago with the required yearly inspections by my technician, Steven. Steven is fabulous. He is proactive, timely with his communication, and shows up exactly when he says he will. He is very pleasant and clearly knows and cares a lot about his work. Lastly, he is super thorough. I honestly was a bit upset about having to pay for an inspection every year to maintain the termite treatment warranty. I figured it would be someone coming in for 5 minutes and charging me just to check a box. But nope! Steven is awesome! He checks ALL over, inside and out. When he leaves, I feel like my house has actually been thoroughly inspected for problematic bugs in a way that makes me feel safer. TRULY HONEST - I called Roberts Termite & Pest Control and scheduled a pest & rodent inspection. My renters saw a mouse outside and were concerned about infestation.
