WDI Reports & Termite Inspections
W.D.I. reports are wood destroying insect reports. They are used for selling, buying, or refinancing a property. Most mortgage companies require them and will only except them for 30 days after the inspection is performed. If they need a W.D.I. report along with a full Termite Treatment we will supply it at time of treatment and is included in the price of treatment.
Annual termite inspections are performed when a customers warranty has expired from the treatment date or they want us to inspect their property annually for peace of mind purposes.
Termite Inspections are for customers who want a thorough visual inspection of a structure. If they have a suspicious area and want us just to look at this area, that is a Termite Estimate.
